Definition of Terms
USER means anybody who accesses the Website.
REGISTERED USER means the User who is registered on the Website by creating an account.

1.2.1. You directly provide Maskify with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:
(i) register online or place an order for any of the Products;

2.1. How do we use data?
2.1.1. Maskify uses your data so that we can:

2.1.2. Maskify uses your data to protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

2.1.4. The Vendors are strictly forbidden to use the Customer’s data, except for the communication, coordination, and management of sales on the Website.
2.1.5. The Vendors are strictly prohibited to publish photographs and personal data of the third parties on the Website without having their necessary consent. In case it is required by the data protection authorities, it will be the Customer’s responsibility to prove required consent.
2.1.6. The Vendors authorize Maskify to promote the use that Maskify chooses to make of the Website through any means of communication at its disposal.
2.1.7. Maskify will not use any Customer’s personal identifying information for commercial or advertising purposes. Maskify will ensure that the Vendors will not be able to use them for such purposes either.
2.2. How do we store data?
2.2.1. Maskify takes reasonable administrative technical and physical safeguards measures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of the transmission or storage of your information. We hold information about you both at our own premises and with the assistance of third-party service providers.
2.2.2. Maskify keeps your data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with the service or to comply with the applicable law. However, even after you deactivate your account, we can retain copies of information about you and any transactions you made for a period of time that is consistent with applicable law, applicable statute of limitations or as we believe is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law to detect or prevent fraud, to enforce Terms or other applicable agreements or policies, or to take any other actions consistent with applicable laws.
